聋哑

聋哑以往是用来形容失聪无法说话,需使用手语沟通的人。此一词语现在也用来指无法用口语沟通的失聪者,或是失聪者有部分口语能力,但因为声音和一般人不同,为避免注意,而选择改用手语沟通[1]。有些人认为此一词语现今是有贬义的词语[2]
