圣约翰大厦（英语：St. John's Building），位于香港港岛中环花园道33号的一座商业大厦，由关吴黄建筑师事务所设计，1983年落成并于同年获得香港建筑师学会银牌奖。香港上海大酒店有限公司属下出租物业，山顶缆车中环总站位于地下，大厦内有比利时及卢森堡驻港总领事馆。西望可见美国驻香港总领事馆，因此在911事件之后保安森严。
