美国铝业公司（Alcoa），简称美铝，是继力拓集团及俄罗斯铝业集团（RUSAL）世界第三大铝材生产商，于1888年由查尔斯·马丁·霍尔创立，现在美国纽约证券交易所上市。
美国铝业公司总部位于美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡，监察著遍布44个国家的业务。紧随其后的是曾为它子公司－加拿大铝业集团(Alcan)。根据销售成绩，加拿大铝业集团超越了美国铝业公司。
2007年5月7日，美国铝业公司向加拿大铝业集团开展了总值270亿美元的敌意收购，打算结合成世界上最大的铝材生产商。当力拓集团在2007年7月12日向加拿大铝业集团提出善意收购后，美国铝业公司便把计划取消。
2009年一月，受到全球金融海啸冲击，宣布裁员15,000人并计划关厂3座。
2016年11月1日美国铝业公司完成重组，分拆成奥科宁克Arconic（NYSE：ARNC）和美国铝业公司 Alcoa（NYSE：AA）两家独立运营的公司并同时宣布新公司开始运营。
