美国考古研究所
美国考古研究所（Archaeological Institute of America，缩写：AIA，亦称美国考古学会）是美国的一个考古学非政府组织，也负责考古点的保护工作。在波士顿大学和纽约市有办公室。
该组织成立于1879年，查尔斯·艾略特·诺顿首任会长至1890年，1906年得到美国国会特许。现有200,000会员和超过100个分支机构。[1]
《美国考古学杂志》是经其同行评议发行的学术期刊，自1948年以来也负责出版《考古学》。
该组织由一年一度的理事会大会管理。[2] 平时则由常任理事会和执行委员会行使其职责。
