罗马尼亚亲王（罗马尼亚语：Principi Domnitori）是1862年至1881年间罗马尼亚统治者的官方头衔[1]。“Domnitori” 的实际意思是统治者。这个词是一个形容词，源自于罗马尼亚语中的“domn”，意思为领主、统治者。这个词又源自拉丁语中的“Dominus”。Domn这个头衔早在中世纪时便开始使用。这个词也对应着斯拉夫语系中的“Hospodar”。摩尔达维亚公国和瓦拉几亚公国的统治者曾用这个词来表示他们作为国家元首的权威头衔，而“voievod”则代表军队首脑的军阶。
在摩尔达维亚公国和瓦拉几亚公国组成罗马尼亚联合公国后，这一头衔获得了官方认可的含义。在亚历山德鲁·约安一世被迫退位后，卡罗尔一世继位，延续了这个头衔，并颁布了正式使用罗马尼亚这个名称的第一部宪法。卡罗尔一世持有这个头衔直至1881年。1881年3月14日，罗马尼亚公国提升为罗马尼亚王国，卡罗尔一世也成为第一位罗马尼亚国王。[2]
