罗富昌，JP( 1949年—)，于1978年创立美特容器（香港）有限公司（波尔亚太有限公司前身）以及永富容器集团有限公司，还是公司董事长。

生平

公职委员包括：香港中华厂商联合会第一副会长、香港中华总商会常务会董、香港贸易发展局理事、香港生产力促进局理事、黑龙江省及江门市政协常务委员、中国包装联合会副会长及江门外商投资企业协会会长。

除此之外，还是香港经济日报独立非执行董事、持有香港中文大学荣誉社会科学学士学位 (主修地理) 及工商管理硕士学位，以及于1988年获颁香港青年工业家奖。
