罗伊斯-埃伯斯多夫侯国（德语：Reuß-Ebersdorf）是欧洲历史上德意志地区的一个侯国。
1673年，罗伊斯-埃伯斯多夫从罗伊斯-格莱茨系分出，亨利十世为伯爵。1806年，罗伊斯-埃伯斯多夫被拿破仑升为侯国，成为莱茵邦联的一个邦。1815年罗伊斯-埃伯斯多夫与罗伊斯-洛本施泰因、罗伊斯-施莱茨以罗伊斯幼系各侯国的名义加入德意志邦联。
1848年，罗伊斯-埃伯斯多夫爆发革命，亨利七十二世被迫逊位，领土并入罗伊斯-施莱茨，形成统一的罗伊斯幼系亲王国。时隔201年，罗伊斯幼系重新合并。
