纳米，又称奈米，为微米的千分之一倍（符号 nm，英式英语：nanometer、美式英语：nanometer，字首 nano 在希腊文中的原意是“侏儒”的意思），是一个长度单位，指1米的十亿分之一（10^-9m）。

有时候也会见到埃（符号 Å）这个单位，为10^-10m。

1纳米（nm）= 10 埃（Å）= 10^-9m

现时很多材料的微观尺度都是以纳米为单位、半导体制程标准在2000年代以后大多是以纳米表示。
