约翰·格默（英语：John Selwyn Gummer, Baron Deben，1939年11月26日—）是一位英格兰政治人物，曾任保守党主席，前国会议员，代表英国国会选区萨福克海岸，现为上议院议员[1]。1989至1993年间任农渔食品大臣，1993至1997年间任环境大臣。
