细心（梵语：śūkṣma-mano-vijiñāna^[1]），又称细品意识、细意识，佛教阿毘达摩（论藏）术语，对于心的学说之一，最早由说一切有部提出，用来称呼其他部派的学说。细心指的是在六识背后的细微意识，在深沈睡眠、昏绝无知、无色界、无想定及灭尽定中仍然保持，以维持有情的命根。《大毘婆沙论》最早将这个学说归于譬喻者与分别说部，说转部与经量部随后以此发展出自己的学说。

概论

《大毘婆沙论》中提到此说。譬喻者与分别论者主张，在灭尽定中，仍有细微心识，维持命根，称为细心^[2]。《大毘婆沙论》反对这种说法。

在唯识学派中，阿赖耶识被认为即是细品意识^[3]
