约翰·葛伦（英语：John Glen，1932年5月15日—），英国的电影导演与剪辑师，多年参与詹姆斯·庞德系列电影的制作，1980年代正式接手导演的工作，拍摄了五部作品，是导演最多007电影的纪录保持人。
约翰葛伦属于动作派的导演，仿效希区考克的那种戴有悬疑、紧张的感觉，所以时常可以在他所执导的庞德电影里，看到庞德在最紧要关头时突然会出现鸽子。
