米氏线

米氏线（Mees' lines），亦作雷诺德氏线（Reynolds' lines）或欧德里奇氏线（Aldrich-Mees' lines）[1]，是一种在指甲或趾甲上出现的横纹，通常都是白色的。现时已知会引起米氏线出现的原因如下：
不过在配合其他病征（如：有没有脱发）的情况下，医生就可以断定患者是因为什么理由而有米氏线出现[2]。
米氏线的出现与肾功能衰竭有关。这现象因为由荷兰籍医师R. A. Mees发现，因而为名[3]。不过，其实在R. A. Mees发现之前，英国的E.S. Reynolds[4]及美国的C.J. Aldrich[5]两位医师分别早在1901年及1904年已发现此现象，并有文献记录，比R.A. Mees还要早18年及15年。只是因为20世纪初期的通讯仍然不发达，所以他们二人的发现难以普及。接受化疗(譬如cyclophosphamide,vincristine及doxorubicin)患者的指甲也会出现米氏线。[6]
