第四十五届超级碗（Super Bowl XLV），是全国橄榄球联盟第四十五届超级碗，于2011年2月6日举行。由美国橄榄球联合会匹兹堡钢人对全国橄榄球联合会绿湾包装工。赛事在美国得克萨斯州阿灵顿牛仔球场举行，最终格林贝包装工以31-25战胜匹兹堡钢人，捧得超级碗[2]。
与近几届超级碗比赛不同，参加此次比赛的两个球队在此之前均获得过多次冠军：绿湾包装工是NFL历史上夺冠次数最多的球队（超级碗举办之前获得过9次NFC冠军，超级碗时代获得过三次冠军）；而匹兹堡钢人获得过6次超级碗的胜利，是所有NFL球队中最多的。此次比赛是绿湾包装工第五次进入超级碗，也是NFC联盟历史上第一支以六号种子身份进入超级碗的球队，其常规赛战绩为10-6。匹兹堡钢人则在常规赛取得了12-4的战绩，以AFC二号种子的身份进入超级碗，同时也追平了达拉斯牛仔8次进入超级碗的记录。
