秦恩复（1760年—1843年），字近光，号敦夫，江苏江都人。清朝政治人物、文学家，进士出身。
秦黉之子。生于清高宗乾隆二十五年（1760年），乾隆五十二年（1787年）丁未科进士，改翰林院庶吉士，散馆授编修。读书好古，所居名“玉笥仙馆”，藏书室名“石研斋”。阮元聘为主诂经精舍，不谈学问，罕为人知。卒于宣宗道光二十三年（1843年）。著有《享帚词》三卷。[1]
- ^ 《清代学人列传》：秦恩复，字近光，号敦夫，江苏江都人。乾隆癸卯举人，丁未进士，改庶吉士，授编修。丁内艰，将起复，疽发于背，家居几十载，构屋三楹，颜曰："五笥仙馆"，藏书极富。嘉庆丙寅，入都供职，逾岁回里。阮元抚浙，延主诂经讲席。壬寅，两淮盐政又聘主乐仪书院。寻复任校刊钦字全唐文。既乞假归，自号猾翁。所蓄书画法帖洎磁钢玉石之类，鉴别精确。尝刊行唐卢重元注《列子》、梁陶弘景注《鬼谷子》、晋李轨注《扬子法言》唐赵元一《奉天录》、宋刘球《隶韵》，均海内孤本；骆宾王、李元宾、吕衡州三唐人集，亦根据宋刻，加以考证，号《石研斋八种》。喜填词，著有《享帚词》三卷。复刊《词学丛书》。卒年八十四。
