科利·多克托罗（Cory Doctorow，1971年7月11日—）生于加拿大多伦多，科幻小说作家和技术激进主义分子。他作品常见的主题有华特迪士尼公司、数字版权管理、文件共享和后稀缺经济。
多克托罗在他的网站上提供他两部小说和一些短篇故事集全文电子版的下载，这些作品在创作共用协议下发行。最近，他放宽了一些他作品的协议以允许非商业性的二次创作或衍生作品。
他是Enshittification一字的发明者，指各种网上平台为赚取更多利益而损害使用者体验的行为。
