行政划分
石埗村是屏山乡乡事委员会中37个乡村代表之一。在选举划分上，该村被划为屏山中选区。
特色
村内的围门于1531年由林氏族人建成，主要用作防卫，尤其以日占时期为甚[1]。该建筑于2010年2月获确认为三级历史建筑。
