真砂町为台湾日治时期台北州基隆市的一个町，于基隆市自昭和6年（1931年）10月1日实施町名改正后设置[1]，位于沙湾一带[2]，町名来自当地地名“大沙湾”；当地原属于基隆市大字大沙湾[1]。

真砂町约为现今地籍中滨段和祥丰段西侧的范围，约为基隆市真砂里、中砂里、正砂里[3]。
