泛海酒店
泛海酒店集团有限公司，简称泛海酒店集团，以及泛海酒店（英语：Asia Standard Hotel Group Limited，港交所：0292），于1994年由母公司泛海国际集团有限公司，透过收购长荣酒店（香港皇悦酒店前身）而设[1]。
于2000年7月25日于港交所主板上市[1]，事实上是透过已结业的，八佰伴香港有限公司（1988年9月22日上市）换取上市。
业务在香港和加拿大经营“皇悦酒店”的连锁式酒店资产，也就是港岛皇悦酒店、尖沙咀皇悦酒店、铜锣湾皇悦酒店和温哥华皇悦酒店及会议中心[2]，除此之外，还经营旅游和餐饮，也就是日本信用旅运（旅行社牌照号码：350140）和位于上海的天天美国餐厅。主席为潘政，总裁为林迎青。
