皇家亚历珊卓剧院（英语：Royal Alexandra Theatre）是加拿大安大略省多伦多的一座历史悠久的表演艺术剧院。剧院位于多伦多市中心娱乐区皇帝西街260号。该剧院由Mirvish Productions拥有和经营，三层共有约1,244个座位。剧院建于1907年，是北美最古老的持续运营的合法剧院。[1]
