发祥村是台湾南投县仁爱乡的一个村，位于该乡北部北港溪流域，东依翠华村与力行村，西接新生村，南邻大同村，北与台中市和平区接壤。该村于1949年自力行村拆分而成立，村内有红香（红叶）、慈峰（梅林）、瑞和（塔比伦）与瑞岩（迈西多邦）等聚落。
