瑟米加利亚

瑟米加利亚或泽姆加尔（拉脱维亚语：Zemgale、德语：Semgallen、波兰语：Semigalia、立陶宛语：Žiemgala）是拉脱维亚的历史地区之一。位于现在拉脱维亚共和国的南部地区。这一地区地势平坦，最大城市是曾是库尔兰公国首都的叶尔加瓦。1795年至1918年之间，这里曾属俄罗斯帝国统治。第一次世界大战之后曾为拉脱维亚的一部分。
