瑞士联邦秘书长（德语：Bundeskanzler(in)、法语：Chancelier(-ière) fédéral(e)、意大利语：Cancelliere(-a) della Confederazione、罗曼什语：Chancelier(a) federal(a)）是瑞士联邦秘书处的首长，负责为七人联邦委员会（代表联邦政府）提供一般支援。联邦秘书长不属于政府成员，因此翻译为总理并不适合。
任命机制
虽然联邦秘书长的工作性质属技术官僚，但其职位的任命须由瑞士联邦议会表决，属政治任命，任期4年。其下设有一至两名联邦副秘书长（1852年之前称作联邦国务秘书），直接由联邦委员会任命。
职责
联邦秘书长会出席联邦委员会的会议，但没有投票权；同时为联邦委员会撰写报告，向联邦国会汇报联邦委员会的政策和活动。然而，联邦秘书长具有影响力，故被称为“第八位联邦委员”。其辖下联邦秘书处负责颁布联邦法令。
