里夏尔·康蒂永（法语：Richard Cantillon），或译康梯龙、坎蒂伦，(1680s – May 1734)，爱尔兰裔法国经济学家。他著有《商业性质概论》（Essai sur la Nature du Commerce en Général）一书，被英国经济学者威廉姆·斯坦利·杰文斯评为“政治经济学的摇篮”。现今研究对康蒂永的生平所知甚少，但知道他在很年轻时便已跻身成功的银行家和商人。他的成就，在很大程度上，是透过他的家庭以及他的早期雇主詹姆斯·布里奇斯公爵，操弄政治与商业关系而来。1710年代晚期至1720年代初期，康蒂永投机并参与投资约翰·罗的密西西比公司，并从中获取极大财富。然而，他为此招来其债务人的反制，对他提出各种诉讼、指控他涉嫌谋划一场谋杀案，一直到康蒂永1734年逝世。
