王琰 (南齐)

王琰（?—?），南朝齐、梁太原（今属山西）人。

在南齐任太子舍人，南梁时为吴兴令。笃信佛法，曾与范缜在神灭论论战中针锋相对。王琰痛斥范缜：“呜呼范子！曾不知其先祖神灵所在。”范缜回道：“呜呼王子！知其先祖神灵所在，而不能杀身以从之。”著有《冥祥记》10卷[1]，已佚。《古小说钩沉》辑录一百三十一条。
