王有宏（1853年—1911年），字金波，直隶天津人，清朝军事将领。
同治五年，投效铭军担任士兵。此后平定太平天国余党并剿台湾番社、抵御法国入侵台湾等战中，均随军有功，擢至游击。此后调任山海关办日本防务。《马关条约》成后，入江南防营，以缉枭匪劳，记名总兵。江苏巡抚鹿传霖器用其，跟随两宫回銮。此后为河南巡抚张人骏奏留，倚以其训练军队，此后跟随张人骏移督两江、掌管江南缉捕营，兼统总督卫队。宣统三年，湖北告变，他檄统选锋十营，与提督张勋的江防军守江宁，并曾经请三千人赴沪守制造局，断掉苏杭之间铁路，但未成形。不久，江苏巡抚程德全宣布独立，率兵攻打江宁，提督张勋与战，颇胜，起义军别出一支攻督署，王有宏以机关炮阻击。同年十月，程德全率领江浙联军抵达，与王有宏三百人交战。民国军队用望远镜发现王有宏，并发枪击中其左腹。王有宏仍然坚持督军前进，此后送到医院去世。此后清廷收到电文，赠其太子少保，谥壮武[1]。

- ^ 民国·赵尔巽等，《清史稿》（卷496）：“王有宏，字金波，直隶天津人。同治五年，投效铭军，充兵目。自平定发、捻余孽，与剿台湾番社，法人攻台湾诸役，均随军有功，擢至游击。日本渝盟，奏调山海关办防务。和议成，入江南防营，以缉枭匪劳，记名总兵。江苏巡抚鹿传霖器之，从入秦，扈从两宫回銮。寻为河南巡抚张人骏奏留，倚以练军。人骏督两广，移督两江，皆从。管江南缉捕营，兼统总督卫队。宣统三年八月，湖北告变，檄统选锋十营会提督张勋江防军守江宁，尝请率三千人赴沪守制造局，断苏、杭铁道，未果。无何，江苏巡抚程德全宣布独立，率兵攻江宁，提督张勋与战，颇胜，而变军别出一支攻督署，有宏以机关炮击却之。十月初旬，德全以江浙联军至，麇集薄城，有宏驰出通济门，以三百人战。民军以远镜测知有宏所在，发枪，子中左腹，犹植立，督军士进击，左右舁至医院，乃绝。电闻，赠太子少保，谥壮武。”
