Duff）编写，根据罗兰德·布朗（英语：Rowland Brown）的故事改编。本片记述臭名昭著的黑帮William "Rocky" Sullivan的兴衰史。在因持械抢劫而坐牢三年后，Rocky打算从他的共同密谋者Jim Frazier手上获取$100,000。在此期间，神父Jerry Connolly尝试阻止一群青年人受到Rocky的势力所影响。
