特健俟斤

特健俟斤[1]，或称时健俟斤[2]，是7世纪初期回纥的俟斤。和薛延陀、仆固、同罗、拔野古等铁勒部落叛离西突厥泥厥处罗可汗，开始了独立的生活。他的儿子菩萨受到部众的推崇，特健俟斤将他驱逐。特健俟斤死后，部众因菩萨贤明而立他为俟斤。[2]
