热凝胶多糖，又名可得然胶、卡德兰胶，是一种β-1,3-葡聚糖，是由葡萄糖组合而成的高分子聚合物。它包含了β-(1,3)-葡萄糖的残余物，并可经于其所构成的似水悬浮液中加热，形成具有弹性的胶状物质[1]。
它是经由非病原细菌 Agrobacterium biobar 1（菌种发现时经鉴定为 Alcaligenes faecalis var. myxogenes）所生产出的。
热凝胶多糖是欧盟认可的食品添加物之一，E编码为E424[2] ，有些鱼浆制品为改善食物的黏性和Q度，会加入热凝胶多糖[3][4]。
