乌尼斯（Unis，或译乌纳斯，Unas）是古埃及第五王朝的最后一位法老王，大约在前24世纪间在位30年。他在位期间发生了一场战争和大饥馑，而后者更使古王国时期结束了黄金时代，开始衰落。
他的乌尼斯金字塔位于萨卡拉，是古王国时期建成的王家金字塔中最小的，不过内里墙壁刻有现时已知最早的金字塔铭文。他有两位王后：Khenut和Nebit。因王储比他早死，所以王位由女婿（也有可能是儿子）特提继承，特提开创了第六王朝。
