乌塔皮（英语：Outapi）是非洲西南部国家纳米比亚的城镇，也是奥穆萨蒂区的首府，毗邻安哥拉接壤的边界，每年平均降雨量440毫米，镇上有学校、社区教堂、医院、警察局和市集，2005年人口8,089。在2010/2011年雨季曾测得723毫米的降雨量[1]。来自安哥拉的卡鲁克大坝和距乌塔皮西北约40公里处的和奥鲁善加大坝保证了此地的水资源，乌塔皮分9分区域，南方有一座极小的简易机场和政府办公大楼[2]。
