乌克兰总督辖区（德语：Reichskommissariat Ukraine，简称RKU），是在第二次世界大战期间，纳粹德国占领乌克兰后设置的管理乌克兰地区的政权。存在于1941年9月至1944年3月期间。希特勒在1941年8月20日建立乌克兰总督辖区，并宣布自9月1日中午该区实施民政管理[1]。在被纳粹德国占领之前，乌克兰是苏联的一部分，主要民族是乌克兰人，但也有俄罗斯人、波兰人、犹太人、白俄罗斯人、德国人、罗姆人和克里米亚鞑靼人等少数民族居住。乌克兰在纳粹的战后德国国家和文明扩张计划中拥有重要地位。
