灶
灶，又称炉灶(可移动的加热设施为炉、固定的加热设施为灶)，正字为竈[注 1]，是一种厨房烹饪的设施，透过加热炊具来达到将食物变熟的目的[1]。中文语境中有时也以灶来指窑，例如佛山的南风古灶。
早期的灶多是黏土制灶的，用柴火来加热。中国在春秋战国时期已经有灶君出现，孔子即有“与其媚于奥，宁媚于灶”之说。古希腊也有用来烤面包的火灶[2]。中国和中世纪的欧洲很早之前就使用砖砌、石制的炉灶来做饭[3]。
