《火遮眼》（英语：Guilty or Not）是一部香港电影，2000年上映。这部电影由蓝志伟担任导演，本片由巫启贤、郑浩南等主演。
剧情
本片讲述麦坚为独行悍匪，他在1995年在明目张胆的情况下把飞龙杀死，飞龙为黑帮老大，因飞龙被发现死亡而令麦坚不得不逃亡，于是他逃去了槟城。
护卫员Donald为麦坚的好友，两人从小在慈云山长大，多年后，Donald获坚邀请到其槟城的别墅，同时看上了麦坚买来的女友Eva。Eva为找到真爱，居然主动勾引Donald，而因Donald也看上她，所以两人便堕入爱河了。当然，纸永远是包不住火的，这件事居然被麦坚发现了，他把Donald毒打至重伤，并把Eva卖到泰国掌军妓..
