火星7号（Марс-7）是苏联在1973年发射的火星探测计划的探测船。于8月9日由一枚搭载D组级的质子K型运载火箭发射。火星7号与火星6号是同一系列的探测船，都拥有1组轨道船与登陆艇。火星7号研究火星大气层及表面，因释放着陆器时间错误，着陆器未接触到火星，任务失败[1]。
