瀑布防空火箭(德语:Wasserfall Ferngelenkte FlaRakete[1]:77) 是纳粹德国第二次世界大战发明及生产的一种超音速地对空导弹。以当时的技术而言为一项划时代的尝试,但由于技术所限及战争后期德国资源愈趋贫乏,开发项目最终未能完成。

1945年纳粹德国最终战败苏联缴获了瀑布防空火箭的相关技术,并于后来发展出其第一代防空导弹,即S-25/SA-1地对空导弹。美国亦同样基于瀑布防空火箭,应用于其爱玛士导弹计划英语Hermes (missile program)中的地对空导弹分型(Hermes A-1)之上。
