温彻斯特市（英语：City of Winchester），英国英格兰东南区域汉普郡的一个城市、非都市区（地方第二级区政府），市理事会所在地，包括温彻斯特。
温彻斯特市成立于1974年4月1日，根据1972年地方政府法，温彻斯特本身合并包括新奥尔斯福德、温彻斯特郊区等地构成。目前温彻斯特市下辖包括温彻斯特在内的58个民政教区。
温彻斯特
温彻斯特为汉普郡的郡治所在地，也是温彻斯特市的核心市街区。位于温彻斯特市西部的伊钦河沿岸、英格兰南部丘陵地带上。在2001年统计，有人口41,420人。
