温古贾岛（斯瓦希里语：Unguja）是印度洋西侧桑给巴尔群岛的主岛，属于坦桑尼亚的半自治行政区，岛上最大城市为桑给巴尔市，该岛也称为桑给巴尔（斯瓦希里语：Zanzibar）或桑给巴尔岛。

岛上地形主要以丘陵为主，长85公里，最宽处宽30公里，面积约1600 km²。
