清水石斑鱼，俗称衫斑，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目鮨科的其中一种，分布于印度太平洋区，从红海、东非至法属波里尼西亚海域栖息深度1-46米，体长可达90公分，生活在珊瑚生长丰富的潟湖及礁石区，为底栖性鱼类，成小群活动，属肉食性，以螃蟹、头足类、鱼类等为食，可做为食用鱼，有雪卡鱼毒的报告。
