浅黑石斑鱼(Epinephelus nigritus)，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目鮨科的其中一种，栖息深度可达30米，体长可达49公分，一般栖息于淤塞礁区浅水域，有时亦发现于河口区。为底栖性鱼类，属肉食性，主要以鱼类及甲壳类等为食。可做为食用鱼。分布于西大西洋：美国马萨诸塞州的墨西哥湾，古巴，特立尼达和多巴哥，里约热内卢。
现被IUCN评为“近危”。
