淳于越
淳于越（？—？），秦始皇时齐国人，曾任博士官、仆射，支持分封制。
秦始皇三十四年（公元前213年）置酒咸阳宫，博士官周青臣赞叹秦朝的郡县制，淳于越则说周青臣阿谀，建议皇帝实行分封，以为“事不师古而能长久者，非所闻也”，秦始皇让丞相李斯处理此一提案，李斯驳斥淳于越的看法，认为有这种想法的人，就是受到诸子的学术思想荼毒太深，建议秦始皇焚书[1][2]。
