海游馆（日语：海遊館／かいゆうかん Kaiyūkan）是日本关西地区一家颇负盛名的大型水族馆，位于大阪府大阪市港区的天保山，开馆于1990年7月20日。

1990年开馆，以“环太平洋火山带”和“环太平洋生命带”为展览主题。馆内最大的水槽容积为5400立方米，饲养著世界上最大的鱼类－鲸鲨。
