海牙国际私法会议（英文：Hague Conference on Private International Law；法文：Conférence de la Haye de Droit International Privé）是世界上国际私法领域最权威的政府间国际组织。自1893年在荷兰成立以来，一直致力于国际私法规则的统一工作。
主要目标
所谓国际私法规则之统一，是指各国国际私法（冲突法）立法内容并不一致，因而有统一之必要，海牙国际私法会议即是借由国际私法公约（每4年通过1至数个）的签署，使各国国际私法规则得以统一。
