洪铭辉，是一位台湾物理学家。

生平

曾在贝尔实验室服务^[1]，任教于国立台湾大学物理学系^[2]，研究领域包含超导体以及高介电系数氧化物与三五族化合物半导体之界面特性，2005年时成为中华民国物理学会会士，妻子为郭瑞年，任教于国立清华大学物理学系。
