洪仁永（韩语：홍인영，1985年10月27日—），原名洪吝英，2005年亚洲小姐竞选韩国代表，并获得当届亚军，最上镜小姐等多个奖项，被网民封为“亚姐中的亚姐”。当选后签约亚洲电视，期间出席过多个活动和电视节目。2007年与亚视约满后返回韩国，继续其演艺事业。
