津轻氏是一个日本武家氏族，主要根据地是陆奥国（今青森县北部）一带。原姓是清和源氏，但却改为藤原氏，其后改姓大浦。津轻氏原本是南部氏的家臣，后来因为兵变，统治津轻，改姓津轻，在安土桃山时代获丰臣秀吉承认为大名。在江户时代为弘前藩主，当中14代藩主义孝女儿华子嫁进皇室。
