波特兰（Portland，/ˈpɔːrtlənd/）[2] 是澳大利亚维多利亚州的一个城市，也是维多利亚州内历史最古老的欧洲人定居点之一。波特兰原本主要产业是渔业，但现在这里正在发展风力发电产业。
波特兰风能项目
波特兰风能项目，简称PWEP，包含4个风力发电场，它们位于布里奇沃特角（Cape Bridgewater），纳尔逊角（Cape Nelson），威廉格兰特爵士（Cape Sir William Grant）和扬布克（Yambuk），是南半球最大的风力发电项目，产量达195MW，能够供应125,000伙住宅或维多利亚州7%住宅的用电量。[3]
