弗朗西斯科·德·奥雷亚纳（西班牙语：Francisco de Orellana；1511年－1546年）是西班牙征服者，第一位全程航行亚马孙河的人。
1542年奥雷亚纳在现在的亚马孙河流域探险时被印第安人攻击，以为遇到了希腊神话中的亚马孙女战士，而将大河命名为亚马孙河。
