沙漠龙属（属名：Shamosaurus）是种甲龙科恐龙，生存于早白垩纪（阿普第阶到阿尔比阶）的蒙古。正模标本（编号PIN N 3779/2）是一个完整头颅骨、下颌。副模标本是一个部分骨骼与鳞甲。都发现于蒙古的Khukhtekskaya组地层。
沙漠龙与戈壁龙
[编辑]沙漠龙（Shamosaurus scutatus）与戈壁龙（Gobisaurus domoculus）有许多头颅骨上的相似处，包括：圆形鳞状骨、大型椭圆状眼窝孔、大型外鼻孔、背部呈三角形轮廓的狭窄喙部、突起的方颧骨、以及往后侧向的副枕突。
沙漠龙与戈壁龙可从上颌齿列的不同长度来区分；戈壁龙有未固定的基翼突-翼突，并有延长的犁骨-前上颌骨突起；沙漠龙头盖骨上有沟痕，戈壁龙没有。
