大马士革省，是奥斯曼帝国于叙利亚大马士革地区设置的行省，19世纪时辖区面积达51,900平方公里。
奥斯曼帝国在1516年打败马木留克王朝后，1年后在大马士革地区设省，一个变节的切尔克斯人马木留克贾比里迪·加萨里被塞利姆一世任命为第一任总督。
在1867年，被改组为叙利亚省。
