沃尔特·A·布朗冠军奖杯（英语：Walter A. Brown Trophy）是美国篮球协会（BAA）在1946年至1949年间和NBA在1949年至1977年间颁发给在NBA总决赛胜方的一个奖项。除非胜出的队伍在下届再度胜出，否则奖杯便会在胜出队伍保留一年后给予下届胜出的队伍，比照1893年至今国家冰球联盟的斯坦利杯。奖杯的首任得主是在总决赛击败芝加哥牡鹿的金州勇士[1]。以前，沃尔特 ·A·布朗冠军奖杯被称为NBA总决赛奖杯（NBA Finals trophy）[2]，但是当时的波士顿塞尔特人荣誉主席沃尔特·A·布朗（Walter A. Brown）在1949年帮助美国篮球协会和国家篮球联盟合并后[3][4]，此奖杯便易名为沃尔特·A·布朗冠军奖杯。

在1977年NBA总决赛（1977 NBA Finals），NBA采用了一个新的奖杯，但仍旧使用沃尔特·A·布朗冠军奖杯作为名称。与原本的冠军奖杯不同的是，新奖杯会永久给予胜出队伍，并且每年均会制造一个全新的奖杯。新奖杯在1984年被重新命名以示对NBA总裁拉里·奥布赖恩敬意 [5][6][7]。波士顿塞尔特人合共赢得沃尔特·A·布朗冠军奖杯13次，是联赛中夺冠次数最多的队伍。由1957年至1969年期间，波士顿塞尔特人连续八个赛季赢得冠军，并赢了另外三个赛季的冠军，13年间合共夺得11个冠军。奖杯最后的得主是在1983年NBA总决赛（1983 NBA Finals）击败洛杉矶湖人的费城76人。
